TweetMeMe is a great plug-in for your blog and twitter! It puts a little button on your posts to help remind readers to tweet and share it with their followers on twitter.
You can also view some analytics on their site or from the dashboard of your blog. You can see who tweeted and when, broken down daily and hourly.

Some reminders of things to change in the settings:
• It defaults so that everytime someone tweets your post, it sends a “@” reply to tweetmeme. Make sure you change it to your twitter id. Otherwise, you might not see the tweet and miss the chance to connect with a reader.
• You can select the URL shortening service. The default is bit.ly, but you can change it to TinyULR, Ow.ly, or a few others.
• You can choose where to display in the post and in your RSS feed. For sites with lots of photos, I find that having it at the end works better for me.
